Hawaii’s Carnival Game Rental Packages include (4) hours of on-site time, from start / guest arrival for (5) games at $375.  

Additional games are available at a discounted $50 per game.  Additional on site time is available at $75 per hour, in hourly increments.

There is no charge for set up or break down. There is a travel fee for events located outside the Honolulu area.

Below are answers to the most popular questions regarding our Carnival Game rentals:

- Games are for indoor or tented areas and hard clean floor/carpet set up   only. Exposure to the elements and soil damages games and artwork.

- Attendants if requested are at $60 each for up to 5 hours (minimum of 1   attendant per rental activity), additional hours at $10 per hour per   game/attendant. 

- Set up and delivery for all rentals are at no charge.

- Each Carnival Game occupies a space roughly 3 ½ feet wide and 8 feet   long.

- Backdrop artboard stands and easels will need an additional 4’ to 6’ space   behind games.

- If you would like to make an impressive banquet room display, the art   board can be placed on a 6 foot skirted table, with the game below and in   front of each table.

- We require a ½ booking fee with the balance due on the date of your event   in cash or check to Grand Events LLC.

- We require a damage liability waiver to be signed by our clients to ensure   the safe operation of rentals for the protection of individuals & equipment.
